Buildings Network
Waste management in apartment buildings has unique challenges. If managed proactively, it can result in more waste diverted away from landfill and reduced service costs.
This network is served as a platform for building and strata managers, and committee members to share challenges, exchange ideas and practical knowledge, and collaborate with Council to solve a range of ongoing waste problems associated with apartment living.
By joining the network, you will:
- Obtain updated educational resources which promote correct recycling behaviour and practices among residents.
- Stay informed and be notified of Council events, projects and workshops designed to mitigate the key challenges of waste management.
- Access information on waste services and the rights and responsibilities of strata, building managers and Council.
