What is the strata by-laws template?

By-laws are a set of rules that owners and tenants must follow which cover the behaviour of residents and the use of common property. Council has engaged Amanda Farmer to create a by-laws template that can be used in buildings across the City of Canada Bay. The template provides guidance on how to effectively implement and enforce waste management in apartment buildings.
