As part of our commitment to improving local infrastructure and pedestrian accessibility and safety, we are pleased to advise that we will be undertaking construction works of a new pedestrian crossing on Brent Street, Russell Lea.

This work is part of our Pedestrian Facilities Around Russell Lea Public School Project that represents a total investment of $380,000 for traffic management improvements in the 2022/23 financial year.

These works have begun in June 2023 and are scheduled to be completed by July 2023, weather permitting.

Generally, works will be carried out between Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm; however, there may be instances that will require work to be undertaken outside of these hours.
