Thank you for your interest in the Five Dock Park Precinct!

This month we completed works to install two accessible, temporary toilets in Five Dock Park, between the existing amenities building and playground. These toilets are now open and will remain in place while we work to deliver a new amenities building in the park.

Feedback now open - draft Masterplan and multi-purpose court concept design

Community feedback collected in late 2024 has been used to draft a Masterplan which outlines future upgrades and improvements in Five Dock Park. We're also sharing a draft concept design for a multi-purpose court.

We're inviting feedback on these drafts up until Thursday, 21 August.

Draft Masterplan

The draft Masterplan responds to community feedback received in late 2024 by including:

• Improved footpath connections
• A new amenities building which includes a canteen, change rooms, public toilets, and accessible footpath connections
• Relocation of the multi-purpose court close to the skatepark, to preserve space for passive recreation in other areas of the park

Multi-purpose court draft concept design

The draft concept design for the multi-purpose court includes:

• Two half-sized hard surface courts with acrylic pavement
• Opportunities for basketball, futsal, netball, handball and other floor games
• Seating, sandstone blocks and landscaping
• Retention of existing pathway lighting
