The City of Canada Bay has two adopted Development Control Plans (DCPs) for Rhodes East and Rhodes Gateway West areas, following the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment’s finalisation of the Rhodes Precinct Place Strategy in September 2021.
The two DCPs complement and clarify the intent of the urban design outcomes sought by the Rhodes Place Strategy, including guidance for built forms, interfaces between the private and public realms, sustainable utility, amongst others.
The Rhodes East and Rhodes West DCPs can be viewed in Part K of the Canada Bay Development Control Plan.
