Project information

Council has identified part of Coralie Street, adjacent to Coralie Reserve in Wareemba, as a potential site for neighbourhood gatherings. Neighbours who live adjacent to the street would be able to apply to hold events in this space, such as:

• Seasonal events e.g. Easter and Christmas parties
• Celebratory events e.g. Birthdays, anniversaries etc.

These events would require the temporary road closure of a section of Coralie Street, up to Coranto Street.

We sought feedback from residents adjacent to Coralie Reserve to understand what kind of events they would like to hold in this space. Feedback closed 14 September 2025.
