This Planning Proposal has been finalised and the Local Environmental Plan (LEP) was notified on 31 March 2023.

The Planning Proposal

A Planning Proposal was received for land at 1–7 Ramsay Road and 5 and 7 Harrabrook Ave, Five Dock.

The Planning Proposal sought to amend the Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 by changing the Zoning, Height of Building, Floor Space Ratio, Minimum Lot Size and by introducing an additional permitted use. The Planning Proposal will facilitate the demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a residential flat building and shops on the southern portion of the site. The dwellings fronting Harrabrook Avenue will be retained in an R2 Low Density Residential zone.
