Background

Following each ordinary Council election, councils in NSW revise and adopt/endorse a series of Integrated Planning and Reporting documents. Public exhibition for a minimum of 28 days is a requirement of the revision and adoption/endorsement process.

The draft documents are on exhibition until Tuesday, 20 May 2025. Take a look at the drafts and provide your feedback below.

The draft Fees and Charges 2025-26 document was updated on 22 April 2025 with a set of duplicated Recreation Management fees for Rhodes Recreation Centre removed. The revised document was placed on exhibition immediately that the changes were made, and the public exhibition period extended to 20 May 2025 to cover the 28 day statutory requirement.

All submissions will be reviewed and will be detailed in a report which will be taken to Council on 17 June 2025. Everyone who makes a submission will be provided a link to the agenda for that meeting, individual responses will not be provided.

What's on exhibition?

The draft documents are available below or you can view a hard copy of each document at the Customer Service counter at Drummoyne, or at Council's libraries in Concord, Five Dock and Rhodes.
