No, all parking will be retained and the expansion of footpath dining will not be considered if garden beds or trees would need to be removed. There are some hedges planted along Great North Road which could be relocated to facilitate outdoor dining.

Our Business Use of Public Footpath Policy sets out the requirements and application process to obtain approval for footpath dining. The specific requirements related to Five Dock (precinct 6) are listed on pages 20-21.

To apply for footpath dining, you are required to submit a Business Use of Public Footpath Application, together with a plan showing the dimensions of the footpath area required and any permanent or temporary structures you wish to install.
