About the program
For one hour per week for three weeks, a select number of local business owners participate in a business mentoring program with the MAP Institute.
Working with the MAP Institute, the program brings the benefits and power of boardroom diversity to your growing business to enhance certainty, generate consistency and inspire innovation.
The sessions are delivered in a small group environment and are highly interactive. Outcomes for attendees will be renewed business focus, enhanced certainty, resolution of challenges, greater accountability, and achievement of goals. The ultimate goal is to strengthen your team and revenue.
If, as a business leader, you appreciate the value of being held accountable, understand that everyone is better than you at something, and that small changes accumulated over time yield large outcomes, then you will derive great value from the MAP Institute. Each session goes for an hour and you will be advised of an available time slot upon enrolment. The scheduled dates are:
- Session 1: Thu 19th August,
- Session 2: Thu 26th August,
- Session 3: Thu 2nd September.
Businesses of similar scale and maturity will be grouped together, whilst also being sensitive to potential overlapping industries within each group.
