Our lively pop-up festival in Five Dock overflowed with music, food, and festivities celebrating the heart of our neighbourhoods – our fantastic local restaurants!

From 8 February to 21 March 2024, Beats and Eats lit up Fred Kelly Place every Thursday evening from 5 to 8 pm. Throughout this event series attendees enjoyed tunes spun by a DJ, wonderful entertainers, street games, and plenty of family activities. When it came to dining, Five Dock's eateries showcased their culinary prowess, serving up delectable treats and irresistible specials that added to the vibrant atmosphere.

Over the 7 weeks, Beats & Eats saw an attendance of around 1,000 individuals!

On 22 February Beats and Eats (Taylor's Version) took over Fred Kelly Place! Swifties came dressed in their finest era-inspired outfits and took part in a best-dressed competition, friendship bracelet-making as well as a special sing-along to the 10-minute version of All Too Well!

On 29 February and 14 March, Shiho Sparkle brought a lot of hula hooping fun with her workshops!

Every week throughout Beats & Eats, there was a craft activity unique to each theme.
