Designing Light-up Jewellery

Light up Jewelry

3D Print Club is online in September and we'll be designing light-up jewelry. This tutorial focuses on creating interesting shapes for beads and creating simple containers for electronics.

Please note that after some testing this tutorial has been labeled as expert level. If you've never done 3D modelling before you may want to start off with a beginner program like our Sketch to 3D Challenge.

If you would also like to use the Beetle board, you can find the wiki for the product here and you can find the dimensions image here.

Call-out for photos

We'd like to create a '3D Printing From Home' section on the 3D Print Club Collaborate page to document all the brilliant work by our community. If you have photos of your 3D printer set-ups, 3D prints in progress and 3D prints around the home (especially if they are in use), please email them to: alexandra.hammond@canadabay.nsw.gov.au
